Report a correction
If arrival card instructions or a country guide appear outdated, include the destination and a link to the official government information. BorderPrep cannot confirm your personal visa eligibility or decide whether you will be admitted at the border. For urgent travel or immigration questions, contact your airline, the destination immigration authority or the relevant embassy directly.
Advertising and privacy questions
Use the same email address for questions about an advertising placement, a payment or the privacy policy. For payment questions, provide a receipt reference rather than full card details. Do not send passport numbers, passport images, passwords or identity documents. Read the privacy policy for information about analytics, generated checklists and advertising submissions.
